Order Cancellation

Please note that once your order is placed, it enters processing immediately, and we are unable to cancel it. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team at sales@bbproductsusa.com to initiate a return and refund process.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you select Priority + Insured Shipping, your order will be eligible for a refund or free reshipment if lost in transit. For orders placed with standard shipping, we offer reshipment in cases of lost packages.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping address before placing your order. However, if we make an error on our end, we will reship your order free of charge.

Customs and Import Fees

Prices on our site include all applicable taxes. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be responsible for import duties or other fees upon delivery. By purchasing from us, you agree that these fees are your responsibility.

Please allow for up to 35 business days for delivery in rare cases, especially during peak seasons.

Important Update: Due to high demand during holiday seasons, please expect delivery times to increase by 5-7 additional business days. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Shipping times do not account for customs clearance delays.

Weekend Processing

Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day, which may add 1-2 days to your shipping time.

Tracking Information

Will My Order Arrive in One Package?

We strive to ship all items in a single package. However, for logistical reasons, orders may occasionally be split into multiple shipments. You will be notified if this happens.
